Quality Control Process
Every project undergoes a rigorous QC process including incoming material inspection, in-process checks, dimensional verification, NDT testing, and final inspection before dispatch.
Testing & Inspection
We perform ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), dye penetrant testing (DPT), and radiographic testing (RT) as required by project specifications and codes.
Material Traceability
Full traceability from mill certificate to finished product. Every piece of steel is marked, tracked, and documented throughout the fabrication process.
