Health, Safety & Environment
Safety first — always and everywhere.
Jonathanic is committed to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental protection. Our HSE program covers every aspect of our operations from the workshop floor to the construction site.
Safety Policy
Our safety policy establishes a zero-incident target. Every employee and contractor is responsible for identifying and reporting hazards. Management provides the resources, training, and leadership to maintain a safe workplace.
Personal Protective Equipment
All personnel are required to wear appropriate PPE including hard hats, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, gloves, and harnesses when working at height. PPE compliance is monitored and enforced daily.
Toolbox Talks
Daily toolbox talks are conducted before work begins. These brief safety meetings cover the day's tasks, associated hazards, control measures, and emergency procedures.
Incident Reporting
All incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions must be reported immediately. We investigate every report, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Risk Assessment
Comprehensive risk assessments are conducted before starting any new task or project. We use a systematic approach to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and implement control measures.
Environmental Protection
We minimize waste, recycle scrap steel, properly dispose of hazardous materials, and control dust and noise emissions. Our operations comply with local environmental regulations.
