Jonathanic Expands Fabrication Capacity

Jonathanic Iron & Steel is proud to announce the completion of our newest fabrication bay at our 10th of Ramadan industrial facility. This expansion represents a significant investment in our manufacturing capabilities.

The new bay adds 5,000 square meters of covered production space, equipped with state-of-the-art CNC beam lines, automated welding stations, and overhead cranes with a combined lifting capacity of 40 tons.

With this expansion, our total monthly fabrication capacity increases from 1,500 tons to approximately 2,000 tons, allowing us to take on larger and more complex projects simultaneously.

The facility also features improved environmental controls, including advanced dust collection systems and energy-efficient lighting, reflecting our commitment to sustainable operations.

This investment positions Jonathanic to better serve the growing demand for structural steel in Egypt's ambitious infrastructure and industrial development programs.
